Chris Rosenbaum

Webmaster; Academy and Lesson Instructor

Rosenbaum is currently playing in his third season as a catcher in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization with their Class A-Advanced affiliate, Rancho Cucamonga.  After signing in 2007, he played in the Advanced Rookie Pioneer League with the Orem Owlz, and was a member of the League Championship team.  During the 2008 season, Rosenbaum played mostly with the Class A affiliate, Cedar Rapids Kernels, in addition to a brief stint with the Quakes.

A member of the 2006 and 2007 University of Tampa NCAA II National Championship teams, Rosenbaum was named to the All-Tournament Team as catcher in 2007.  He also garnered First Team Academic All-American honors for his efforts during the 2007 season.

Rosenbaum is a native of Castleton, NY and currently resides in Tampa during the offseason.  He has a B.S. Finance from The University of Tampa (2006) as well as an MBA (2009).  Rosenbaum currently maintains a well-read blog that documents life as a minor league baseball player that is featured on MLBlogs.com and can also be found here.
